With a support contract guarantees you the right support from our expert technicians to your users in their daily work. Support set-up is an important addition to your "Maintenance- / maintenance", where we will help you with so-called "Corrective Support" on the software you have purchased from us / Siemens PLM Software.

Summ and Summit works preferably with a support structure called the "time bank". This approach is based on customer purchases any of the 3 different levels of scale, and that this amount of support hours preferably be used during the current calendar year.
